Get ready to awaken your joy to a whole new level! In this workshop, Brook will share teachings, energetic healings and specific meditations to awaken your joy to higher levels. This class brings clarity to the way we emotionally and physically create joy in our lives alleviating suffering on levels you may not have been able to clear before. During our time together:
- Gift yourself the grace of consciously resetting your life into the expansive state of living in joy. Learn how joy is actually created in the body and receive activations to engage this more fully in your form at the same time it is being taught.
- Clearly step into a full reset for joyous responsibility and eradicate the harsh and harmful way that most of us have been taught responsibility and accountability.
- Drop away accumulated stress, fear, anger and anxiety from daily life during this pandemic and give your body a reset from Covid exhaustion with a focused group healing and meditation offered in this class.
